据金谷园饺子馆微信公众号介绍，该AI技能并非面向消费者的独立应用，而是餐厅搭建的AI信息接口，属于MCP服务器支撑下的轻量化服务。用户将指定安装指令发送至支持技能部署的平台，无需下载额外App或注册登录，即可通过自然语言对话询问菜品特色、门店排队情况等。与传统点餐小程序不同，该技能仅支持可安装外部技能的AI智能体平台，豆包等暂无法使用。

天眼查信息显示，金谷园饺子馆所属北京渝味传奇餐饮管理有限公司，注册资本30万元，实控人吕东持股100%。据极目新闻报道，上述AI Skill由老板李博花费数小时开发完成。李博毕业于北京邮电大学计算机通信专业。

金谷园开业近二十年，以手工现包、馅料新鲜在北京饺子馆好评榜长期居前。2025年冬至当天，该店线上排队桌数突破15000桌，至晚8时叫号仅排到700多桌。老板当时回应称“每年冬至都是如此”，门店于晚10时结束营业。基于高频排队痛点，美团技术团队与金谷园共同内测门店排队Skill，商家端设备可同步接收排号信息，实现闭环。

目前该Skill为0.1.0版本，MCP服务器为临时链接，需遵从JSON-RPC 2.0协议访问。李博计划未来做更多线上互动，让线下没有Agent的顾客体验也不受影响。金谷园公号称，餐厅需要租房子、雇员工、通水电气，“面向AI的信息接口也会成为必要的基础设施”。

美团到店餐饮业务相关负责人表示，将继续邀请对AI有需求的商家成为“AI助理体验官”，内测商家端最新AI产品，提供定制化改造。李博设想，未来商家可直接使用美团开放接口，不必重复造轮子。
