据微信公众号“石家庄发布”报道，3月31日7时30分，伴随着发令枪响，2024石家庄马拉松在解放广场活力开跑，来自国内外3.1万名选手迎着春日暖阳热情奔跑，感受石家庄精彩蝶变、向美而生的城市魅力。市委副书记、市长马宇骏，省体育局党组书记、局长王彪出席起跑仪式并鸣枪发令。

赛事设马拉松、半程马拉松、十公里和健康跑四个组别。起跑点设在解放广场，以中山路和裕华路为主赛道，半程马拉松、健康跑终点设置在解放广场，十公里终点设置在裕西公园，马拉松终点设置在火炬广场。通过比赛和直播镜头，让跑者和观众感受石家庄精彩蝶变、向美而生的城市形象。其中，马拉松、半程马拉松21000名参赛选手中，石家庄市参赛选手9426人，占比44.9%；石家庄市外参赛选手11574人，占比55.1%。

当天，马宇骏不仅是参赛者。颁奖仪式上，他还为半程马拉松男子组、女子组冠亚季军颁发奖牌。
