Thomas Brown

As a Broker Associate of Mayer & Clifton Partners, Thomas is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada. Thomas grew up in Reno, Nevada and has resided in Northern California for the past eight years. He joined Mayer & Clifton Partners in 2006.

Thomas brings expertise in financial modeling, project evaluation, joint venture structuring, and documentation analysis.

He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Bay Area Mortgage Banker’s Association.

Thomas received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University, while competing on Stanford’s NCAA Swim Team and being chosen as a member of PAC-10 All Academic Team.
